Robert Grohowski

Robert (Bob) Grohowski is the head of the Legislative and Regulatory Affairs team. He also is a member of the Communications Leadership team. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Bob has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Legal department. Prior to this, Bob spent nearly 20 years in public policy roles at industry trade associations in Washington, D.C., most recently as general counsel of the Investment Adviser Association and earlier in a number of domestic and international roles at the Investment Company Institute. Bob began his career in private law practice with the firms now known as Kilpatrick Townsend and Eversheds Sutherland.

Bob earned a B.A. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia. He also earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the editorial board for the Virginia Journal of International Law. Bob currently serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and is the current chair of the Leadership Council for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Asset Management Group.
