Riki Chao is the head of APAC Compliance. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Riki has been in the compliance industry since 2003, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021. Prior to this, Riki was employed by Neuberger Berman as the head of compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) officer for Asia (ex Japan and Korea). He also was a member of the Neuberger Berman Asia Risk and Operating Committee. Riki also was previously employed by SHK Financial Group as the designated compliance officer in charge of the Fund Management, Wealth Management, SHK Private, and Corporate Finance units and by PineBridge Investments as a compliance manager and regional AML officer with regional coverage responsibilities in Asia. Riki also has served in various compliance roles with JP Morgan Asset Management and GAM Hong Kong Limited and began his career with KPMG.

Riki earned a B.Sc. in accounting and finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
