Rick Sennett , CPA

Rick Sennett is the head of North America Fund Administration. In this role, he focuses on accounting and disclosure policy and financial reporting for the products domiciled in the U.S. and Canada. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.

Rick’s industry experience began in 1993, and he been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in the Fund Administration department. Prior to this, Rick was employed by Legg Mason as managing director and principal financial officer. Rick also was employed by the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as chief accountant and as an assistant chief accountant.

Rick earned a B.S. in accounting from Loyola University Maryland. He is a certified public accountant.
