Richard Tuck is the director of Compliance and Regulatory Services in Global Investment Operations (GIO) of the GIO Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business unit.

Richard’s investment experience began in 2011, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020. Prior to this, Richard was employed by Alliance Bernstein for five years as the EMEA head of client and regulatory reporting.

Richard earned a degree in law from the University of Liverpool.
