Richard Fernandez is the manager of Advice Delivery in Individual Investors Advisory Services. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Richard’s investment experience began in 1997, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1999, beginning in the Individual Investors Participant Service Center. Prior to this, Richard was employed by American Express Financial Advisors in the area of financial planning. 

Richard earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a master of business administration from the University of Tampa.
