Rebecca Willey

Rebecca Willey is a Baltimore-based senior leveraged loan trader in Global Trading. She is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Floating Rate Fund and the Institutional Income Funds. Rebecca is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Rebecca’s investment experience began in 2017, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013, beginning in the Fixed Income Fund Accounting department as a senior-level fund accountant. After that, she was an investment compliance specialist, an investment liaison supporting the Floating Rate Fund, and a junior trader before assuming her current role.

Rebecca earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business.
