Rebecca Ulz is a managing legal counsel on the Global Advisory-North America Institutional Legal team. She is a member of the Managed Accounts Governance Committee. Rebecca is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., T. Rowe Price Advisory Services, Inc., T. Rowe Price Australia Limited, T. Rowe Price (Canada), Inc., T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited, T. Rowe Price International Ltd, T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc., T. Rowe Price Japan, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Singapore Private Ltd.

Rebecca’s legal experience began in 2002, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, beginning in Legal, Compliance, and Audit. Prior to this, Rebecca was employed by RidgeWorth Investments as assistant general counsel. She also was previously employed by Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a director, global wealth and investment management compliance executive, and she served as general counsel/chief compliance officer for J.B. Hanauer & Co. (now RBC Wealth Management). Rebecca began her career in private practice at the law firms of McCarter & English, LLP, and Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she practiced securities and commercial litigation.

Rebecca earned a bachelor of science degree in health and exercise science from Wake Forest University and a juris doctor from Boston College Law School.
