Preeta Ragavan , CFA

Preeta Ragavan is an investment analyst in the Global Equity Division. Preeta covers apartments, student housing, offices, and self-storage companies under the real estate sector. She is a vice president and member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the US Large-Cap Equity Income, Global Real Estate Equity, US Real Estate Equity, US Diversified Small-Cap Value Equity  , and Financial Services Equity Strategies.

Preeta’s investment experience began in 2012, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning in the U.S. Equity Division. She served as a summer intern, covering packaging companies, with the firm in 2013. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Preeta was employed by Barclays as an equity research analyst. 

Preeta earned an A.B., with distinction, in economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A., with honors, from Columbia Business School. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
