PJ DeLibro is the general manager of Global Distribution and also leads Global Distribution’s Strategic Outsourcing Oversight and Compliance & Risk Management business units. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and serves as a director of T. Rowe Price Services, Inc.

PJ has been with T. Rowe Price since 1996, beginning in the Retirement Plan Services division. He was the general manager for Individual Investors and Retirement Plan Services. He also was head of Enterprise Marketing Services, leading marketing enablement and operations. Prior to that, he was the head of Personal Investing in the Individual Investors organization, where he was accountable for client acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Before that, PJ was head of Retail Sales across personal and workplace investor divisions. 

PJ earned a B.A. in business administration from Towson University. He is a Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 registered representative.
