Paul Gallagher is the sales director of the UK Institutional department. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T Rowe Price International Ltd.

Paul's industry experience began in 1996, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the UK Institutional department. Prior to this, Paul was employed by State Street Global Markets in the areas of sales and relationship management.

Paul earned a B.A., with honors, in business studies from the University of Northumbria. Paul also has earned the Investment Management Certificate.
