Paul Cho is an investment analyst covering large-cap utilities and staples supporting the Capital Appreciation suite at T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). He is a member of the Small-Cap Value Fund, Small-Cap Stock Fund, Institutional Small-Cap Stock Fund, Capital Appreciation Fund, Capital Appreciation and Income Fund, and Capital Appreciation Equity ETF Investment Advisory Committees, and a member of the T. Rowe Price Investment Management ESG Investing Committee. Paul also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Paul's investment experience began in 2008, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning in the T. Rowe Price Associates U.S. Equity Division. Previously, Paul was an intern for the Equity Division in the summer of 2014, covering commercial real estate broker companies. He also was employed by Maverick Capital as an investment analyst and by Goldman Sachs & Co. as an investment banking analyst on the tech, media, and telecom team.

Paul earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of California-Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School.
