Pau Guzman Alcon is an investment analyst in the Global Equity Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Pau’s investment experience began in 2016, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning in the European Equity Division. Prior to this, Pau was employed by Carmignac Gestion as a global industrials analyst. 

Pau earned a bachelor in business administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
