Pam Conover is deputy general counsel in the Legal, Compliance, and Audit Department of T. Rowe Price Associates. She is responsible for the Corporate Legal team, which oversees litigation, corporate, securities, intellectual property, commercial contracts, insurance, legislative and regulatory affairs, employment matters, and data protection. She is the executive sponsor of PRIDE @ T. Rowe Price, the firm’s business resource group dedicated to advancing the inclusion and engagement of LGBTQ+ talent and allies. Pam is a trustee of the T. Rowe Price Foundation. She also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Pam has been with T. Rowe Price since 2005, beginning in the Legal department. Prior to that, Pam was a partner at the law firm Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. She also was a law clerk for the Honorable Walter E. Black, Jr., in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. 

Pam earned a B.A. in history from Harvard University and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School.
