Nicole DeCesare is an employee meeting consultant in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Client Services.  

Nicole’s industry experience began in 2011, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in RPS Client Administration. Prior to this, Nicole was employed by Fidelity Investments in the area of retirement plan services. She also was employed by The Vanguard Group, specializing in operations and client administration.

Nicole earned a B.S. in business from Philadelphia University. She has completed the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals certificate.
