Michele Eng is the global head of Monitoring and Testing in the Legal and Compliance department. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Michele’s investment management experience began in 1993, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Legal and Compliance department. Prior to this, Michele was employed by Invesco Ltd., through its acquisition of OppenheimerFunds, Inc., where she led the strategic development and implementation of compliance risk assessments, testing, and technology strategy. Prior to that, Michele held various compliance positions including head of Compliance Testing, Risk Assessment, and Strategic Initiatives; chief compliance officer; regulatory consultant; and securities compliance examiner with the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

Michele earned a B.B.A., summa cum laude, in accounting from Baruch College and an M.B.A., with a concentration in finance and information systems, from New York University, Stern School of Business.
