Michael Liu is an investment analyst covering technology in the Global Equity Division. 

Michael’s investment experience began in 2017, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025. Prior to this, he worked in buyout and growth private equity at Warburg Pincus and Crescent Capital Partners. He began his career in technology mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division.

Michael earned an M.B.A. (Arjay Miller Scholar and Siebel Scholar) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.Com. in finance from the University of New South Wales in Sydney.
