Melissa Warren

Melissa Warren is managing legal counsel for the Corporate Oversight, Strategic Transactions, and Commercial Contracts Group. Melissa serves as corporate governance counsel to the Boards of T. Rowe Price North American subsidiaries as well as the T. Rowe Price Charitable Foundation and the T. Rowe Price Program for Charitable Giving. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Melissa’s legal experience began in 1988, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in the Legal, Compliance, and Audit department. Prior to this, Melissa was employed by Legg Mason, Inc., as a managing director and corporate counsel. She also was a corporate and securities partner in private practice for nearly 20 years before joining Legg Mason.

Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from Duke University and a juris doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law.
