Matthew Owens is a lead client account manager in Retirement Plan Services.

Matthew has been with T. Rowe Price since 2001, beginning as a phone associate in Retirement Plan Services, Workplace Investor Service and Education (WISE). Additionally, Matthew was a supervisor in WISE before transitioning to his current role.

Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree in business organization from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. in finance and human resources from Ashford University. Matthew also has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
