Matthew McGruder is a senior engagement consultant in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. He is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Matt’s industry experience began in 2006, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in Retirement Plan Services Participant Communications. Prior to this, Matt was employed by Great-West Financial/Empower Retirement in the area of participant communications. 

Matt earned a B.A. in political science from the University of Northern Colorado and an M.B.A. in marketing, international business, and operations from Regis University. He is a Series 6 registered representative.
