Matthew Frustaci

Matthew Frustaci is an investment analyst covering companies in the technology and consumer sectors at T. Rowe Price Investment Management. He is a member of the Capital Appreciation and Capital Appreciation Equity ETF Investment Advisory Committees. Matthew is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Matthew's investment experience began in 2014, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the T. Rowe Price Associates U.S. Equity Division. Prior to this, Matthew was employed by CircleCI, a DevOps software company, as a finance and strategy manager; by Summit Partners as an investment associate on the technology growth equity team; and by Robert W. Baird & Company as an investment banking analyst in the technology and business services group.

Matthew earned an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a B.A. in finance and history from the University of Notre Dame.
