Matt Spratt is a senior manager in the Global Distribution business unit. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Advisory Services, Inc. 

Matt’s investment experience began in 2014 when he joined T. Rowe Price, beginning in the Global Distribution, Client Engagement department. Before this, Matt was employed by a commercial manufacturer representative in the area of commercial construction estimating and sales. 

Matt earned a B.S. in business administration from McDaniel College. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 2019 and is a Series 7, 66, and 24 registered representative.
