Matt Howell is global head of Trading Strategy in the Global Trading division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Matt’s investment experience began in 1999, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2010, beginning in the Equity Trading division. Prior to this, Matt was employed by Caxton Europe in the area of equity and macro trading. Before that, Matt was employed by Tudor Capital and Alliance Capital as a trader.

Matt earned a B.S. in physics from the University of Manchester. Matt also has earned the Investment Management Certificate.
