Matt Bance is a solutions strategist and portfolio manager on the Multi-Asset Solutions team for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Matt’s investment experience began in 2005, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024. Prior to this, he was employed by UBS Asset Management, where he held several roles across its Investment Solutions business, including strategist, macro research analyst and, most recently, portfolio manager.

Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, and management from Loughborough University in the UK. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
