Luis Martin Baylac is an investment analyst in the Global Equity Division, covering Emerging Markets. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. 

Martin’s investment experience began in 2006, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, initially covering Latin America. Prior to this, Martin was employed by Lynx Sociedad de Bolsa in Buenos Aires as an investment analyst and Equity trader. 

Martin earned a B.Sc. in economics from Universidad de San Andrés. Abnd he also earned an M.A. in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is fluent in Spanish and English and proficient in Portuguese.
