Mark Rose is an insurance solutions strategist in the Fixed Income Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Mark’s investment career began in 1995, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025. Prior to this, Mark was the chief investment officer of Argo Group for 11 years where he was responsible for a $5 billion investment portfolio. Additionally, Mark has worked for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and RBC Capital Markets, primarily concentrating on credit research of non-investment-grade telecommunications, media, and technology companies for institutional investors.

Mark earned a B.S. in mathematics from the United States Military Academy. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
