Mark Blackburn is a lead client account manager in Retirement Plan Services Client Services.

Mark has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013, beginning in the Retail Investment department. Prior to this, Mark was employed by FedEx in the areas of transportation and logistics.

Mark earned an A.A.S. in criminal justice from Everest College.
