Marie O'Grady is an asset class product manager focused on multi-asset retirement solutions in Global Product. She works closely with Research, Investments, Distribution, and Technology on product strategy and development. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Marie has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in Global Product. Prior to this, Marie was a director at BlackRock, where she held product leadership roles across the firm's iShares ETFs, Wealth Technology, and Defined Contribution businesses from 2011 to 2021. At BlackRock, she helped build, launch, and grow a variety of new offerings, including iRetire, a goals-based tool for financial advisors, and the CoRI Indexes, a suite of retirement income benchmarks. She also was a product specialist for BlackRock's target date fund business, supporting development outside the United States. She began her career at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research.

Marie earned a bachelor's degree in international business from Georgetown University.
