Margarita Hughes is an engagement consultant in Retirement Plan Services Client Services.

Margarita's financial industry experience began in 2007, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in Retirement Plan Services Participant Engagement. Prior to this, Margarita was employed by Charles Schwab in the areas of communications and education consulting. Margarita also was employed by Empower Retirement, concentrating in participant education engagement strategies.

Margarita earned a B.A. in liberal arts from Colorado State University. She also has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary^® designation. Margarita also served in the United States Marine Corps.
