Marc Wyatt is the head of Global Trading. Marc is a member of the Global Trading and Risk and Operational Steering Committees. He is responsible for trading desks in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. These teams execute transactions across multiple asset classes, including equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives. In addition, Marc oversees the Investment Operations, Investment and Trading Solutions, Systematic Trading and Market Structure, Derivatives and Multi-Asset Trading Solutions, and Trading Analytics teams. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Marc’s investment experience began in 1995, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Global Trading department. Prior to this, Marc was the director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations, where he oversaw examinations of investment advisors, investment companies, broker-dealers, and other financial companies. Before the SEC, he was a principal and senior portfolio manager in the London office of Stark Investments, a multi-strategy hedge fund, where his responsibilities included oversight of trading and risk management.

Marc earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
