Lynn Roy is the head of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Markets in Retirement Plan Services. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Lynn has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in Retirement Plan Services. Prior to this, Lynn was employed by MassMutual as the head of TPA Market Development. Lynn also served as a vice president of TPA Markets at The Hartford.  

Lynn earned a B.S. in finance from Central Connecticut State University. She also has earned the Accredited Pension Administrator designation from the National Institute of Pension Administrators and the Certified 401(k) Professional designation from The Retirement Advisor University. She is a Series 6 and 26 registered representative.
