Linsley Carruth is the director of Investor Relations, leading the stockholder engagement efforts in the CFO Group. She also serves on behalf of T. Rowe Price as a member of the Board of Directors of the UTI Mutual Fund, India's oldest and one if its largest asset managers. Linsley is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. 

Linsley has been with T. Rowe Price since 2000, beginning in the U.S. Retail Direct Business Group managing the rollover individual retirement account product and online initiatives. Prior to her current role, she led the Corporate Strategy team in the CFO Group. Before that, Linsley was a product strategy executive responsible for coordinating product development efforts and market assessments for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. She also was a strategy development executive in Global Investment Services, the organization responsible for the firm's global distribution business, providing strategic planning, marketing intelligence, and research support. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Linsley was employed by Dell Computers, James G. Davis Construction Corp., and the Jubilee Support Alliance.

Linsley earned an A.B. in government from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
