Leonard Kwan is the portfolio manager of the Dynamic Emerging Markets Bond Strategy and co-manages the Asia Credit Bond Strategy. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited.

Leonard’s investment experience began in 1997, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning as an international trader in Global Trading. Prior to this, Leonard was a fixed income trader with UBS AG.   

Leonard earned a B.B.A. from the National University of Singapore. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
