Leo (Chenxin) Liu is an associate portfolio manager in the Multi-Asset Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Leo has been with T. Rowe Price since 2018, beginning in the Multi-Asset Division.

Leo earned a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in mathematics, with a minor in psychology, from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University. He also earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Leo’s research has been published in leading international economics journals, including the Journal of International Economics and the Journal of International Money and Finance. Leo also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
