Leo Kitt is head of Business Risk, APAC. He is a member of the International Risk Committee and chair of the APAC Business Risk Governance Working Group.

Leo’s industry experience began in 2004, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in the Enterprise Risk Group. Prior to this, Leo was employed by Deloitte and EY as director, where he undertook a variety of assignments working in or providing advice to business compliance, investment compliance, operational risk, enterprise risk, and internal audit functions for asset managers, banks, and insurers.

Leo earned a B.Sc. in business and information technology from Edinburgh University, Napier College, and an M.Sc. in marketing from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Business School. He also has earned the diploma in investment compliance from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.
