Lee Arnold is a credit analyst on the Municipal research team in the Fixed Income Division. He is an Investment Advisory Committee member of the Tax-Free High Yield Fund, Intermediate Tax-Free High Yield Fund, Tax-Free Income Fund, Summit Municipal Income Fund, and the Summit Municipal Funds, Inc.. He also is a member of the Money Market Credit Policy Committee. Lee is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Lee has been with T. Rowe Price since 1992, beginning in the Fund Accounting department. After that, he was a senior financial analyst in Corporate Finance. In 1999, Lee joined the Fixed Income Division as a municipal credit analyst. He also spent two years in the London office as an investment-grade analyst from 2002 to 2004 before returning to the Municipal team.  

Lee earned a B.B.A., cum laude, in accounting and an M.S. in finance from Loyola University Maryland. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
