Kristine B. Caverly

Kris Caverly is the head of Corporate and COO Technology in the Global Technology unit. She is a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee, which is responsible for advancing the programs driving priorities, business outcomes, and culture of inclusion and belonging at the firm. Kris is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Kris has been with T. Rowe Price since 1999, beginning in technology e-commerce. She is responsible for strategic alignment and optimization of technology to meet business goals and leading the execution of key initiatives to deliver for the clients serviced by the firm’s various distribution channels. Prior to working in financial services, she worked in the defense industry and in management consulting. 

Kris earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She serves as chair of the Regional Advisory Board for Reading Partners of Baltimore and was named among the Top 100 Women in Maryland in 2022 by The Daily Record for her commitments to leadership, community service, and mentorship.
