Kristen Urso is a senior engagement consultant in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. She is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Kristen has been with T. Rowe Price since 2004, beginning in the Retirement Plan Services Transaction Group. Prior to this, Kristen was employed by JCPenney in the area of management. 

Kristen earned a B.B.A. in marketing, with a minor in sociology, from James Madison University.
