Kimberly Zook is the head of U.S. Intermediaries (USI) Retirement, leading the overall vision, strategy, and execution for defined contribution investment-only (DCIO) and insurance businesses. She is a member of the USI Executive team and the firm’s Retirement Leadership Council. She also is an active member of the business resource groups PRIDE, WAVE, and VALOR. Kim is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company. 

Kim’s investment experience began in 1995, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning as head of DCIO field sales in USI Retirement. She was promoted to her current role in 2022. Prior to this, Kim was employed by Voya and Victory Capital and held a variety of leadership roles in strategy, marketing, sales, and relationship management. 

Kim earned an M.S. in applied behavioral sciences from the University of California, Davis, and an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College. Kim also has earned a certificate in Leading with Data & Analytics from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and in 2021 a certificate in Leveraging Neuroscience for Team Performance & Impact from Duke University. She also is a Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 registered representative. Kim currently serves on the Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association Retirement Plan Advisory Board and served on the Women in Pensions Network board subcommittee from 2014 to 2020. She volunteers at Foodshare, a nonprofit food bank in Connecticut.
