Kim Boldt

Kim Boldt is a senior content manager on the U.S. Intermediaries Advisor Engagement team. Kim is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Kim initially joined T. Rowe Price in 1997 and served as a senior communications consultant in Retirement Plan Services until 2015. She rejoined T. Rowe Price in September 2018 to lead the participant communications initiative in the Americas institutional division. Prior to rejoining T. Rowe Price, Kim was a senior communications strategist for Empower Retirement, where she led the development of participant communications strategies and campaigns, partnering with mega-size defined contribution clients.

Kim earned a B.A. in English from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A., magna cum laude, from Loyola University. Kim’s industry accomplishments include various platinum and gold MarCom awards, Plan Sponsor Council of America Signature awards, and Pensions & Investments Eddy awards.
