Kevin Collins is the head of U.S. Intermediaries, overseeing the firm's wealth and retirement intermediary distribution business in the United States. In this capacity, he leads a team responsible for new business development, marketing, advisor engagement, and service delivery for the firm's largest clients within wealth management, defined contribution, and insurance channels. He is a member of the Global Distribution Executive Committee. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.

Kevin has been with T. Rowe Price since 1994. During his tenure, he has held leadership positions within Global Investment Services and Global Asset Management, the organizations responsible for distribution outside the United States. Most recently, he was the head of Retirement Plan Services, the firm’s retirement recordkeeping business, focused on delivering world-class administrative and investment solutions to U.S.-based plan sponsors.  

Kevin earned a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Scranton and a master of business administration from the University of Maryland. He is a Series 7 and 24 registered representative. From 2022 to 2024, he served as the chair of the Governing Board of SPARK, the retirement industry group for professional asset managers and recordkeepers.
