Kelly Boucher is the head of Alternative Investment Specialists. She is a director of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc. 

Kelly’s investment experience began in 1999, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023, beginning in Global Alternatives. Prior to this, Kelly was employed by Starwood Capital Group in the area of intermediary distribution. She also was employed by W.P. Carey, progressing from investor relations associate to senior vice president.

Kelly earned an M.B.A. from Temple University and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.
