Kei Ferguson is the lead manager of Client Administration in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. Kei is a member of two business resource groups, MOSAIC and WAVE, focusing on diversity and inclusion of ethnic and gender diverse talent. She is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Trust Company and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Kei has been with T. Rowe Price since 2006, beginning in the Retail Asset Transfer Group, and she transitioned throughout the firm managing multiple areas across Operations. Prior to this, Kei was employed by Sylvan Learning Center as a site manager of Prometric Testing Centers. Before that, Kei was employed by Global Payments Inc. as a risk analyst for the Canadian market clients.  

Kei earned a B.S. in psychology from Morgan State University.
