Keely O’Callaghan is the chief of staff to the chief operating officer (COO). She is responsible for ensuring COO deliverables are met and manages the COO’s engagements and commitments. Keely oversees the COO’s Board and management committee stakeholder engagement, the coordination of division events, and the delivery of strategic communications. She also is responsible for implementing the COO leadership team engagement model. 

Keely has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025. Prior to this, Keely was employed by Fannie Mae as the chief of staff to the chief operating officer. During her tenure at Fannie Mae, she served as the chief of staff to five management committee members working in the areas of the Single-Family business, workplace strategy, and transformation efforts. 

Keely earned a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California and a master of public administration from San Francisco State University. She serves on the Board of Rebuilding Together DC/Alexandria.
