Kara Knott is a senior retirement sales executive for the North Central territory within the Core Markets division in Retirement Plan Services. 

Kara’s retirement experience began in 2012, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in the Core Markets division in Retirement Plan Services. Prior to this, Kara was employed by OneAmerica in the sales and distribution area of retirement plan services for 8½ years. Before that, she worked for ADP and Principal in their retirement divisions. 

Kara earned a B.A., in psychology from the University of Iowa. She is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
