Justin Campbell

Justin Campbell is a Baltimore-based senior securitized trader in Global Trading and a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the New Income, Total Return, and Dynamic Global Bond Funds. He also is a cochair of the General Interest Rate and Currency Strategy Group. Justin is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Justin’s investment experience began in 2015, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in Global Trading as a trader supporting the rates desk. Prior to that, he was an associate trading assistant at Morgan Stanley, where he supported the credit, rates, and municipal trading desks. 

Justin earned a B.A. in business management from Washington College and an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola University Maryland. He is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
