Joy Scott is the head of Institutional Client Retention. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Joy’s industry experience began in 2000, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) as head of Relationship Management. She was later promoted to head of Plan Management and Consulting in RPS. Prior to this, Joy was employed by Honeywell in the area of human resources/benefits. Joy was also employed by Voya Financial, concentrating on relationship management for national accounts. 

Joy earned a B.S. in general science, with a concentration in chemistry, from Eastern Nazarene College and an M.B.A., summa cum laude, from Babson College. Joy is a Series 7, 24, and 63 registered representative.
