Joe Martel is the regional head of the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Investment Specialist Group. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Joe’s investment experience began in 2001 when he joined T. Rowe Price, beginning in the Investment Services Group. Prior to his current role, Joe was a portfolio specialist in the Multi-Asset Division and a member of the Target Date Solutions investment team. 

Joe earned a B.A. in economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.
