Joe Hughes is an investment analyst on the Small-Caps team in the Global Equity Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. 

Joe's investment experience began in 2015, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Equity Division. Prior to this, Joe was employed by Fidelity International Ltd as a consumer and internet analyst on the Emerging Markets team. 

Joe earned an M.Sci., first class, in natural sciences from the University of Cambridge.
