Joseph Sinay is an investment analyst in the Global Equity Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Singapore Private Ltd.

Joseph's investment experience began in 2013, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Investment Equity department. Prior to this, Joseph was employed by BPI Asset Management and Trust Co. in the Philippines as an investment analyst. Before that, he was employed by McKinsey & Company in the Philippines.

Joseph earned a B.S. in business administration and accounting from the University of the Philippines and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
