Joran Laird is a global fixed income portfolio specialist in the Fixed Income Division, based in Hong Kong. He works closely with our local offices in Asia and provides technical knowledge and client servicing for a number of our global fixed income strategies. 

Joran’s investment experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015. Prior to this, Joran worked for AllianceBernstein as a fixed income portfolio manager in Tokyo, Melbourne, New York, and Wellington (New Zealand). Prior to that, he worked at the National Bank of New Zealand as a risk analyst and Treasury dealer. 

Joran earned an M.Com. (first-class honors) in economics from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
